Calls are scheduled through our online scheduler. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation. If you miss a call without notice, we may ask you to rebook at a later date. Calls may be recorded or noted for quality, compliance and record-keeping; we will tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded, and you may decline.

You may not misuse the site, including submitting false information or someone else's details, attempting to access systems without permission, scraping content, interfering with the site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We rely on third parties such as our form tool, Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for calls and video hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.
